RETURN POLICY

THE BASICS - Easy Steps to Return
  1. Request a return within TWO WEEKS of your order delivery date. Exceptions are made for gifts!
  2. To exchange, place a new order for the preferred item and send the original piece(s) back for refund.
  3. Complete the HN Return Form to include in your return shipment.
  4. Ship your return back to us with a secure carrier of your choice or use our prepaid return label for a small fee (US only).
  5. When your return is received, the appropriate refund amount will be issued to the original form of payment (unless otherwise noted on your HN Return Form).

REQUIREMENTS - What We Need From You

A COMPLETE RETURN FORM inside your return package that includes:

 

  • YOUR NAME
  • The ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER or FULL NAME and/or ADDRESS of the purchaser.
    • We cannot issue credit or refunds for pieces that cannot be linked to an order number.
    • If you placed your order at a Hannah Naomi retailer please contact that merchant for info on their return policies.
    • Items bought in our Portland, OR store will require proof of purchase for return or exchange.

TRACKED, SECURE SHIPPING through USPS, FedEx or UPS. 

 

  • All returns MUST be sent in a padded envelope or box to protect the jewelry in transit.
    • DO NOT mail jewelry in a flat, unpadded envelope.
    • To cut down on waste and ensure prompt delivery we recommend keeping the packaging your order arrived in for reshipment.
    • If your order was originally shipped with Priority Mail (Flat Rate Envelope) you will need to either ship the return by the same method or obtain new packaging for First Class.
  • Tracking information MUST be available.
    • DO NOT use Forever stamps or mail jewelry like a letter. 
    • We are not responsible for packages sent without tracking.

FEES - A Breakdown of Potential Deductions From Your Refund
USPS Prepaid return labels (US Only).
  • The following fee will be deducted from your refund upon receipt:
    • $4.75 (First Class Mail)
    • $8.75 (Priority Mail)
Returns received with postage due.
  • $2.00 + fee paid to receive the parcel (determined by USPS).
  • This fee can be largely avoided by purchasing tracking information and not using Forever Stamps on flat, letter envelopes. 
Damaged, unprotected return shipments, worn merchandise and late returns.
  • The above circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis when the return is received. 
  • Fees will be deducted from the final refund total.
FINE PRINT - Additional Details, Restrictions and More
  • It may take 1-5 business days to see your refund post once the return is processed by our team.
  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER 180 DAYS.
  • All pieces must be in their ORIGINAL, UNWORN CONDITION to qualify for a return.
  • Shipping fees, international duty (VAT), rush fees, gift wrapping and gift cards/certificates are not refundable.
  • Customized pieces (stamped and custom designs) cannot be returned.
