RETURNS / EXCHANGES
A QUICK OVERVIEW!
- Request a return within TWO WEEKS of your order delivery date. Exceptions are made for gifts!
- Complete and print the HN Return Form and include it inside your return package.
- PLACE A NEW ORDER for the preferred item or size.
- SEND THE ORIGINAL PIECES BACK FOR A REFUND.
- Ship your return back to us within ONE WEEK of your initial request.
- Use a SECURE, TRACKABLE shipping service of your choice (USPS, Fedex, UPS) OR use our prepaid return label for a small fee (US only).
- When your return is received, the appropriate refund amount will be issued to the original form of payment (unless otherwise noted on your HN Return Form).

A COMPLETE Return Form packaged inside your return shipment. The form should include (at minimum) the following information:
- YOUR NAME
- ORDER DATE & DATE OF RETURN
- PIECES INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE
- HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED (Gift Card or Original Payment Method.)
- The ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER or FULL NAME and/or ADDRESS of the purchaser
- We cannot issue credit or refunds for pieces that cannot be linked to an order number.
- If you placed your order at a Hannah Naomi retailer please contact that merchant for their return policies.
- Items bought in our Portland, OR store will require proof of purchase for return or exchange.
TRACKED, SECURE SHIPPING through USPS, FedEx or UPS.
- All returns MUST be shipped in a padded envelope or box and the jewelry should be protected in transit. *We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
- DO NOT mail jewelry in a flat, unpadded letter or manila envelope.
- To cut down on waste and ensure prompt delivery, we recommend reusing the original packaging whenever possible.
- If your order was originally shipped with Priority Mail (Flat Rate Envelope) you will need to either ship the return by the same method ($10.00 deduction from refund) or obtain new packaging for First Class ($6.00 deduction from refund).
- Tracking information MUST be available.
- DO NOT use Forever Postage Stamps like you would with a letter.
- We are not responsible for packages sent without tracking.
USPS Prepaid return labels (US Only).
- The following fee will be deducted from your refund upon receipt:
- $6.00 (First Class Mail)
- $10.00 (Priority Mail)
- A $3.00 fee per listing returned will be deducted for all returns refunded to the original form of payment (select Gift Card as the refund method to avoid the $3.00 fee).
Returns received with postage due.
- The cost incurred to receive the parcel (determined by USPS) PLUS a $5.00 (at minimum) fee.
- This fee can be largely avoided by purchasing tracking information and not using Forever Stamps on flat, letter or manila envelopes.
Damaged, unprotected return shipments, worn merchandise, late returns, multiple returns within one calendar year, returns without reorder.
- The above circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis when the return is received.
- Fees will be deducted from the final refund total.
- It may take 1-5 business days to see your refund post once the return is processed by our team.
- NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER 180 DAYS.
- All pieces must be in their ORIGINAL, UNWORN CONDITION to qualify for a return.
- Shipping fees, international duty (VAT), rush fees, gift wrapping and gift cards/certificates are not refundable.
- Customized pieces (stamped and custom designs) cannot be returned.
