Meet Belle, from Bellabody7 Fitness!
For this special HNIRL feature, we went to visit our friend Belle at her personal training studio in Portland, Oregon, to talk all things fitness and jewelry. She has been an HN customer for years – always inspiring us with her mixed metal combinations and stacked looks! After getting to know Belle and learning about her training philosophy, we left feeling even more inspired and motivated by her passion for fitness and helping others navigate a new fit, fierce and fabulous lifestyle.
Hi Belle, tell us a little about yourself!
Hi! I’m a certified NFPT personal trainer and yoga instructor and have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I started my personal training career in 2005 in northern California. Bellabody7 fitness was officially founded in 2017 here in Portland, OR.
During the pandemic I transformed part of my home into the training studio you see here. Originally my goal was to learn how to workout myself and be more comfortable in the gym, never realizing that I could help other people do the same thing.
What is your favorite part about what you do?
My favorite part about being a personal trainer is seeing people succeed at things that are initially super challenging. I love to be a part of a person’s journey towards realizing their unique potential, and becoming more confident, stronger, and healthier! I get a front row seat for these amazing life changes!!!
Do you have a favorite piece of HN jewelry?
Fun fact: Belle was one of the first customers to create an ear stack with Huggie Hoops in all three metals! #obsessed
