THREE EASY STEPS!

STEP 1: SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST ✍️
Login to your account to access your orders and begin your return request. You can also contact Team HN for details on how to return your items. Use the information from your order confirmation email to fill out your return form. Items returned without submitting a request will not be accepted. Skip this step if you already contacted us! :)

STEP 2: SHIP YOUR RETURN 📦
PRINT & FILL OUT YOUR RETURN FOMIf your request is approved, please fill out and print our return form and ship your return back to us! Make sure to hold onto your tracking information and use secure, padded packaging. Once your order has made it back to our studio, we’ll be in touch to confirm within 5 business days.

STEP 3: PLACE A NEW ORDER 🛒
SIZING TIPS & TRICKSTo streamline the exchange process, place a new order for the item you would like in your new size or style! Feel free to wait to place the reorder until your gift card is issued for the return :) If you need help determining your size in the meantime, let us know! We have tons of additional information here.
NOTES:
Most shipping methods come with tracking. We cannot be responsible for packages sent without a tracking number so please retain that number for your records!
To cut down on waste we recommend keeping the packaging your order arrived in for reshipment.
If you did not keep your packaging we suggest using a small padded or bubble wrapped envelope or small box. In addition, please ship your pieces with adequate protection (i.e. bubble wrap or inside a container). **Jewelry sent through the mail in a plastic bag or manila envelope runs a very high risk of arriving damaged.
