RETURN & REFUNDS

Follow the steps below to easily return your purchase within TWO WEEKS of the delivery date.

  1. Request a return. Send us an email at NAOMI@HANNAHNAOMI.COM, get in touch via our contact form or submit a Return Request through your customer account.
  2. If your return is approved, fill out the HN RETURN FORM, print it and include it inside a securely packaged box or bubble mailer with your return.
  3. Ship the pieces back to us using a secure, trackable shipping method (we cannot be responsible for returns without tracking information).
  4. A refund will be issued to your original payment method (15% restocking fee), or store credit (no fee - must be specified on your return form).
  5. Reorder the size or style you prefer. 

That's it! Easy-peasy. :)

REQUIREMENTS: What We Need From You

1) A COMPLETE RETURN FORM PACKAGED INSIDE YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT. THE FORM SHOULD INCLUDE (AT MINIMUM) THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • YOUR NAME
  • YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
  • ORDER DATE & DATE OF RETURN
  • PIECES INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE
  • HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED (Gift Card or Original Payment Method)
  • The ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER
  • If the order was a gift, please include the FULL NAME and/or ADDRESS of the purchaser.

2) TRACKED, SECURE SHIPPING THROUGH USPS, FEDEX OR UPS. 

  • All returns MUST be shipped in a padded envelope or box and the jewelry should be protected in transit. *We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
    • DO NOT mail jewelry in a flat, unpadded letter or manila envelope.
    • To cut down on waste and ensure prompt delivery, we recommend reusing the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Tracking information MUST be available.
    • DO NOT use Forever Postage Stamps like you would with a letter.
    • We are not responsible for packages sent without tracking. 

FEES: A breakdown of all deductions from your refund.

  • RESTOCKING FEE - A 15% fee per listing returned will be deducted for ALL returns refunded to the ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunding to STORE CREDIT will waive the restocking fee.
  • USPS PREPAID RETURN LABEL FEE (not available for all returns) - $10.00 (First Class Mail) OR $15.00 (Priority)
  • RETURNS RECEIVED WITH POSTAGE DUE - The cost incurred to receive the parcel (determined by USPS) PLUS a $10.00 (at minimum) fee. This fee can be largely avoided by purchasing tracking information and not using Forever Stamps on flat, letter or manila envelopes. 
  • DAMAGED, UNPROTECTED RETURN SHIPMENTS, WORN MERCHANDISE, LATE RETURNS, MULTIPLE RETURNS WITHIN ONE CALENDAR YEAR, RETURNS WITHOUT REORDER - The above circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis when the return is received. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • It may take 1-5 business days to see your refund post once the return is processed by our team.
  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER 180 DAYS.
  • All pieces must be in their ORIGINAL, UNWORN CONDITION to qualify for a return.
  • Shipping fees, international duty (VAT), rush fees, gift wrapping and gift cards/certificates are not refundable.
  • Custom pieces (stamped pieces, custom designs) cannot be returned.
  • Body jewelry cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
  • We cannot issue credit or refunds for pieces that cannot be linked to an order number.
  • If you placed your order at a Hannah Naomi retailer please contact that merchant for their return policies.
  • Items bought in our Portland, OR store will require proof of purchase for return or exchange.

Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method with no fees if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
