Once contacted by our team that your order is ready, you can schedule a pick-up or pop by during our walk-in hours. For more info on scheduling and hours please visit our shop page.

DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS:
ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED BY THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). All shipping times are ESTIMATES and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please see individual listings on our full site, HannahNaomi.com, for production times. Production time does not include shipping time and can range from 1-5 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
- Shipping estimates do not include production time (the time required for us to make your jewelry).
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates or foresee potential delays once a package is turned over to the Post Office for shipment and delivery.
- As soon as your shipping label is printed and your order is packed up, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
- Tracking may take 24 HOURS to update in the system.
- USPS may experience delays due to understaffing, increased volume and other factors. Some packages (especially standard mail) may be behind schedule or the tracking may not update consistently.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The standard shipping cost for international orders covers USPS International First Class Mail and takes 2-10 weeks for delivery from the shipping date. USPS First Class is the least expensive and slowest option available.
Your tracking number (which will be sent in your shipping confirmation email) for this method may not continue to update after the package has left the US. Once the package is transferred to your local Postal system, we have limited to no information about its exact whereabouts. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY DATES AT THIS TIME.
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ABOUT ANY DELAYS IN YOUR AREA. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED INTERNATIONAL MAIL.
INTERNATIONAL FEES & TAXES:
There may be additional taxes or fees due before you can pick up your package. Customs fees vary dramatically from country to country and are adjusted often. We cannot predict additional duty, taxes or fees for you before shipment.

When an order is held for VAT due you should be notified by your postal carrier. However, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a notice. Please keep an eye on your tracking information. Your tracking number is available in your HN account under your order or in your shipping confirmation email. If you checked out as a guest, check your email for your shipping confirmation.
FEE/TAX AVOIDANCE:
We cannot mark international orders as “gift”, use vague descriptions of the contents or under value the order total on customs forms. Any misinformation provided to the Postal Service is considered mail fraud and is a federal crime punishable by severe fines or jail time. Please note that we will not break this law in order to avoid customs/duty fees required by your country.
HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE?
If you have not yet received an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number, we may still be working on your order. Made to Order Pieces may take up to 10 business days for Hannah to make and polish before shipment. Ready to Ship pieces take 1-3 business days. If both Made to Order and RTS items are purchased in one order, the entire order will ship within 10 business days.
If your order has been marked DELIVERED but you have not received it please follow these steps within *10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DELIVERY SCAN:
- Double check the shipping address.
- Wait 2-3 business days from the date it was marked delivered.
- Packages may be prematurely scanned as ‘Delivered’ by your carrier if they are behind schedule. This gives them a little extra time to catch up without being penalized for a late delivery. These packages are often delivered in a couple of business days without issue.
- Check your property thoroughly (under or next to stairs, near fences, behind porch furniture etc.) and check with your building management if you live in an apartment building or condo complex.
- Check with your neighbors in person, leave a note on their door or in your mailroom and/or contact your property management. Mis-delivery to neighbors is common but also easy to resolve! We also recommend asking your mail carrier directly.
- If you have completed steps 1-3 and there is still no sign of your package please let us know. We may suggest contacting your local Post Office and filing a claim.
*WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IF 10 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE DELIVERY SCAN. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and let us know promptly if the order is not received. If you forget about your order, go out of town or otherwise neglect to pay attention to your deliveries, they are more likely to be lost, stolen or misplaced. We cannot replace orders that were unaccounted for for more than 10 business days.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER:
When a package is returned to us by USPS we will treat it like a return (see our return policy) and refund to your original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. If you reach out before the refund is issued to let us know there has been a problem with delivery, we may be able to reship your order for a fee. We prefer to ship returned to sender packages to a new address. However, if you would like us to ship the same address we cannot be responsible should the order be lost or returned a second time.
