Because we make our jewelry to order we can generally help with changes until the order is shipped out of our studio. If you want to add pieces to your existing order it could delay shipment by multiple business days. 

Shipping upgrades are available. Please contact us for more details.

PLEASE NOTE:  Hannah and our team can rush the production of your order by adding it to the top of our list but we cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. The fastest we can make an order is 1-3 business days if we do not have the options selected in back stock. Priority or Express (US only) mail is strongly recommended at checkout to ensure more secure and predictable delivery of your order.

NOT ALL RUSH REQUESTS CAN BE HONORED. 

If your order contains made to order pieces and less than 10 business days have passed since the order date, your order is most likely still in process.

Most of our pieces are made to order with the exclusion of specially marked items and the Ready to Ship section (RTS pieces take 2-3 business days before shipment.) Business days do not include weekends, time in transit or holidays.

As soon as we print the shipping label for your order we will send over your tracking info.

We package our pieces in small jewelry boxes or on ring cards. To cut down on waste, we may package orders with multiple pieces together. Our packaging will vary slightly in size depending on the size of your order.

Premium gift boxes are available for an additional fee. These are a sturdy, velvet lined ring box with gold foil lettering. Upgrading your packaging will include a custom, handwritten gift note (if you choose to leave one!) in a marble printed envelope.
