This painless, simple design requires no piercings! Try out a nose, conch or other piercing without the commitment. Inspired by the Cuff Earrings, we are expanding our collection of jewelry that can be worn by anybody, no piercing required. Each cuff is hand formed from a single piece of wire.

Then, we flatten and round out one end of the hoop to create a small dot. The dot helps make the cuff more comfortable and should be inserted so that it touches the inside of the nose or the most sensitive part of the ear. If you prefer TWO dots for extra comfort, that option can be selected here.

Each cuff is made of SOLID 14K Gold or 14K Rose Gold or White Gold

Extra Small - 6mm Only available in the Thin metal style. Perfect for a faux helix look!

Small – 7.5mm Our most popular size. These are great for earlobes, cartilage, nostril, septum and more. 

Medium – 10mm Another very popular size, the 10mm huggies are perfect for larger nose rings, tragus and helix jewelry.

PLEASE NOTE: These cuffs are unsoldered with no closure and, because they do not thread through a piercing, they are more prone to falling off. They should be worn with care. Adjust as necessary for a snug fit. We cannot be responsible for lost jewelry pieces.

We offer ring sizes in US 1-16 including all quarter sizes. To request a quarter size, simply leave us a note at checkout or send us a message at Naomi@HannahNaomi.com!

Our jewelry is 100% nickel-free, low maintenance and made to last. If any tarnish builds up it can be easily cleaned with one of our Metal Jewelry Cleaning Kits.

Packaging

Most jewelry will come in a black box with signature white foam to protect it securely in transit.
Smaller pieces may be shipped on a ring card with additional padding.

Super cute and comfortable

Super cute and comfortable once I found the best position for it! I'd been thinking about getting my nose pierced but didn't feel like going through the aftercare, and I'm glad I went this route. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.
